Recent changes to the sparc64 port seem to have fixed the interrupt
problems on my CP1500:

SPARCengine(tm)Ultra CP 1500 (UltraSPARC-IIi 333MHz), No Keyboard

I'll now try to get my other CP1500-related changes into the tree (there
are some changes to how the console is attached, and I'd like them to
be tested on UltraSPARC systems that use keyboard-at-com first).
