The newest snapshot seems to be /pub/NetBSD/arch/sparc64/snapshot/20010821,
you should follow the INSTALL.* documents in that directory.

The kernel you would netboot is:
/pub/NetBSD/arch/sparc64/snapshot/20010821/binary/kernel/netbsd.INSTALL.gz
