I'm currently running into the problem described in src/UPDATING, but
I don't seem to grasp how to invoke build.sh to get it to work.
The document says:

To fix:
        Build a new toolchain (i.e. build.sh -t)
        Use the new toolchain to build and install natively (i.e. /usr/lib)

Okay, so that's first "build.sh -t", which successfully runs to completion.
But what is the appropriate command line for step #2?
