You forgot one option:

 - pci <-> pcmcia bridge and use a pcmcia card

I did use a wi(4) card via that aproach on my Ultra 2 for quite some time.

There are wi based pci cards, which should just work. If you get an atheros
based pci card, it's just a matter of nagging the maintainers enough to get
a sparc64 hal compiled for it.
