I'm having an odd problem with the altq patch in security/pflkm, but
I only have the problem on sparc64, not on alpha.

The problem is, it drops 5 - 10% of packets. Of course, ALTQ is
supposed to drop packets if configured to do so, but when it does they
should show up in 'pfctl -v -s queue' if ALTQ dropped them, or in
'netstat -nid' if the interface dropped them for some other reason.
In my case, both counters are zero, but I am still losing pings. If I
say 'pfctl -F queue' to turn off ALTQ, I don't lose pings any more.

On alpha, I don't have that problem---dropped packets show up in
counters, and in general I don't lose 5 - 10% of all traffic.

I wonder if this sounds familiar to anyone? Is there anything weird
about the timer interrupt or the PCC on sparc64 that could mess up
ALTQ?
