The MicroSPARC / MicroSPARC-II is slow for its clock speed, mostly  
because of a ridiculously small cache.

My dual-60MHz SuperSPARC SS20 feels pretty peppy.  Even my  
single-75MHz SuperSPARC-II SS20 isn't too shabby (assuming I have a  
userland build -mcpu=supersparc).
