Is there some way to tell is the card 5v or 3.3v?

 From what I could gather from the web, 5v and 3.3v cards both have
one notch in the connector, but at different positions, and then
there are so called "universal" cards that have two notches,
and that's what mine has. Is Sun PCI supposed to support such
"universal" PCI cards?
