According to Sun it has to be ECC in the Blade, but that may or may not
be true.

Yeah, only 'EIDE' which could be anything. I think the blade 100 uses
some Ali chip and does at least UDMA/33 - no idea about the 150.

Still quite a difference in price. Too bad there's no real way to check
if the 100 is fast enough or if 512MB are enough ;)
The Celeron you mentioned earlier may or may not be useful here. If
512MB aren't enough on the Celeron they won't be sufficient on the sparc
either though. Comparing CPU speed is a little harder, they're quite
different.
