looks OK... but..
   
   I'm not sure it's worth to rename existing clock devices,
   but this also makes kenrels smaller if you don't need the
   Mostek TOD clock (for Netra etc).

.. i don't really see why "mcclock" is a better name.
   
   (BTW I wonder if we need eeprom at sbus and clock at mainbus stuff)
