port-sparc64: Problems installing current

I get the following error messages when I try to install NetBSD-current from
CD-ROM on my Ultra 10:

FATAL: boot device not found, check your firmware settings
...
sh: Can't open /etc/MAKEDEV
init: Unable to run MAKEDEV: Invalid argument

Any ideas??
