Xorg crashes with 'ssh -X'

Hi, I'm running NetBSD-5 beta on Ultra 10 with Creator3D.
When I ssh to i386 machine running same release of NetBSD and try to run X11 
client, the Xorg server on sparc64 crashes

Core was generated by `Xorg'.

Running Xorg on i386 and running remove X11 client via 'ssh -X' on sparc64 does 
not crash Xorg server on i386. So this looks like sparc64 specific problem.

Anyone got any ideas?
