Does macppc __HAVE_FAST_SOFTINTs?

My way to reproduce was: drag a scrollbar in firefox (or resize the window)
while audio is playing. Doesn't break imediately, but usually pretty soon.

Seen in also when resizing xclock or something simple (but then with quite
some background load).
