I've added some additional monitoring based on alerts from one of the
GPIO's.  This should detect changes, and currently prints a console
message.  For example:

  [ 169.3809239] pcf8574io0: Alert: key_event = True
  [ 199.3809239] pcf8574io0: Alert: key_event = False

when turning the front panel key to or from the Lock position, and:

  [ 1579.9811223] pcf8574io0: Alert: disk_event = True
  [ 1602.5011223] pcf8574io0: Alert: disk_event = False

when adding or removing a disk.

The system fans should now run at full speed if there is a fan failure or a
high temperature event.

PS.  It would be good to also light the front panel lights based on events,
but that would involves some changes to sysmon, so will have to wait.
