NetBSD domU fails to create under Linux dom0

Hi!

I have a problem with NetBSD/xen:
I tried to boot NetBSD as domU with Ubuntu Edgy/Frugalware-current as dom0, with xen 3.0.3.

My xen config file (netbsd.cfg to boot NetBSD domU):

As netbsd-INSTALL_XEN3_DOMU I tried NetBSD 3.1RC3/RC4 kernels and NetBSD-4 kernel from ftp.netbsd.org.

Running 

xm create -c /etc/xen/netbsd.cfg

gives the following:

My /var/log/xen/xend-debug.log is:

ERROR: Initial guest OS requires too much space

Interestingly the creation of Linux domUs works.

Maybe somebody smarter than me can help at least with a clue...
