Once again that you thought right :-). I manually deleted all files from 
src directory except CVS folder and then run:
Other thing to note is that I added 1 Gb of memory also so dom0 now has 
more memory to play with.

"cvs update -dP -r netbsd-4"
"./build.sh tools"
