On shutting down a domU, the following occurs in dom0:

uvm_fault(0xc0ad84a0, 0xc14c3000, 2) -> 0xe
fatal page fault in supervisor mode
trap type 6 code 2 eip c07d9183 cs 10009 eflags 10002 cr2 c14c3004 ilevel 5
panic: trap
syncing disks...

This does not happen repeatedly, but, has occurred twice in 12 hours.
