Missing hvm output FOLLOWUP

As per my recent mail:

# xm create hvmtest.cfg
Using config file "./hvmtest.cfg".
Started domain hvm
#

I found that the configuration file requires:

sdl=1

... to use produce the xwindow output described in the example file.
