You'll also have to ask on a FreeBSD ml what the above panic means,
and how to interpret it.
It doesn't gives much info; I would have expected to see a xennet function
is the trace.
Also, do the freebsd boot show a network interface ? What is there in the
NetBSD dmesg about this domU ?
