For future references;
You can pass console parameters using extra="" lines in configuration file.
Tonight, i have successfully booted ubuntu as domU... What important is, i
have installed ubuntu linux onto primary partition using standard way, its
own installation cd. In other words, it is possible to use an already
installed linux distribution as domU on NetBSD-current.
I will later mention about "How to..." in details.
Well, now time to enable X window system...

Cem

Almost done! Ubuntu booted as domU domain...
No error message, all services initialized. It seems the *only remaining
problem* is that, i couldn't specify a console for domU. It boots, and i
just do not see "login:". If i run "xm shutdown linux", it properly
shutdowns.
Do you know how to pass console variable to domU kernel?
I've not had this problem. Console worked out of the box for me.
But I see I have this line in /etc/ttytab:
co:2345:respawn:/sbin/agetty xvc0 9600 vt100-nav
