What version of xenkernel/xentools fo you use ?

boots fine for me. Here's my config file (empty or comment lines tripped)

xentools20-2.0.7nb6 Userland Tools for Xen.
and the kernel is 2.0.7 too.

Does a xen-debug.gz print more info about your crash (on serial console,
as xm dmesg doens't work :(
