dmesg reports:

total memory = 65536 KB
avail memory = 52876 KB

which is consistent with what I gave to grub:

  kernel (hd0,a)/xen.gz dom0_mem=65536

I know it is not much but this is an old machine and a Debian/Linux
dom0 works fine with that.
