The warning is due to a missing or outdated package. It's either py-xml 
or expat:

# pkg_info |grep -i xml
expat-2.0.1         XML parser library written in C
py25-xml-0.8.4nb2   Collection of libraries to process XML with Python

One or both of those should get rid of it. Pretty sure it's harmless to 
ignore it though.
