The bridge is created and working for other domUs.

xvif1.0 is associated with another Ubuntu 8.04 domU
xvif2.0 is associated with the new Ubuntu 9.08 domU which is not working
The only significant difference appears to be that xvif2.0 is not running.

Any other suggestions?
