same here: NetBSD-5 (STABLE) Dom0 (8 core machine), CentOS 5.4 DomU's with 2 
cores each: runs without any trouble since weeks.

Concerting Steven's comment: I'm also puzzled that NetBSD does really not 
support SMP as DomU... can anybody comment about the reasons?
