Yes, it's expected. I think it has the whole guest's memory mapped
in. But AFAIK it's memory shared with the domU, not memory stolen
from the dom0's pool.

Can you tcpdump it and see if there are lost packets or
something ? also vmstat -m about mbpl and mclpl can be interesting,
especially the 'fail' column.
