Swap size recommendations

I have an "opportunity" to rebuild my Xen server ;-(

The NetBSD site recommends swap size be greater than 32Mb or memory size 
as a base.

For a Xen dom0 should the swap be the size set aside for dom0 or the 
entire memory that is on the box?

My guess is the amount set aside but wanted to have it confirmed or 
denied by the list.
