The annoucement has not been sent yet (this is being worked on) but
NetBSD-5.1 is there.

Do you see the boot loader loading netbsd-XEN_DOM0 before starting the
hypervisor ? 
Also I remember some issue related to the boot line lenght, maybe try to
shorten it (make the comment shorter for example) ...
