Is this an LKM, or a module?

Either way, it should use opencrypto for its cryptographic needs, not
the legacy stuff used by the wireless drivers.  The only reason those
don't use opencrypto themselves is that, for WEP, they want a hybrid
transform opencrypto can't do.
