DEV_BSIZE is a NetBSD value for internal use.
XEN_BSIZE of VBD_BSIZE (we shoud agree on a single name here) is
the block size used between front and backend devices (this value
is also used by Linux, Solaris, FreeBSD, etc ...).
So although theu're currently identical their semantic is different,
and I'd like to keep them as distinct names.
