vscsi PV drivers let your virtual disk appear as a scsi disk
to the guest. That means communication between Dom0/DomU happens with
a scsi protocol.
This is not possible with NetBSD Dom0/DomU yet until those drivers are
written. The public interface already exists as io/vscsiif.h.
