I think the patch you're looking for is patch-dm.
Now, I figured you were probably talking about exporting PCI to
HVM guests. This probably reqires extra patches for qemu. I don't know what
option is best (convert it to our libpci, or make it depend on
pciutils - extra patches are probably required anyway ...)
