send hangs on start after migrating to xenkernel41
Dear all,
I run a couple of nodes running 5.1 with Xen 3 and now tried to migrate to Xen
4.1.
So I compiled sysutils/xenkernel41 (and even a fresh Dom0 kernel from
up-to-date netbsd-5 sources) and booted into this.
Now xend does not like to start - it hangs on booting:
524 ? IW 0:00.01 /usr/pkg/bin/python2.6 /usr/pkg/sbin/xend
531 ? ZW 0:00.00 (python2.6)
532 ? Dl 0:01.71 /usr/pkg/bin/python2.6 /usr/pkg/sbin/xend
66 ttyp0 IW 0:00.28 /usr/pkg/bin/python2.6 /usr/pkg/sbin/xend
469 ttyp0 IWs 0:00.04 -ksh
505 ttyp0 IW 0:00.01 /bin/sh /etc/rc.d/xend onestart
529 ttyp0 ZW 0:00.00 (blktapctrl)
log file doesn't show much, only:
Xend started at Wed Mar 7 20:02:17 2012.

# xm dmesg

I think the access to /kern/xen is the problem, as this also hangs forever:
# ls /kern/xen
I think I have all in /dev (the machine used to run fine before). Any ideas?
Thanks
Torsten
