Xen 4.1 and dom0_max_vcpus

Hello, I don't have much previous experience with Xen.

# pkg_info -a | grep xen
xentools41-4.1.3    Userland Tools for Xen 4.1.x
xenkernel41-4.1.3   Xen 4.1.x Kernel

# uname -a
NetBSD atom510 6.0_RC2 NetBSD 6.0_RC2 (XEN3_DOM0) #1: Mon Sep 24
20:00:25 BST 2012
root@atom510:/opt/obj.amd64/sys/arch/amd64/compile/XEN3_DOM0 amd64

I've added the following to /boot.cfg:

menu=Xen3:modules enabled;load /netbsd-XEN3_DOM0
console=tty0;multiboot /xen.gz dom0_mem=1024M dom0_max_vcpus=4

But for some reason dom0 can only see 1 cpu.

Any ideas? Does dom0 support SMP?
