Killed and restarted, same result! I'm downloading a new kernel from current! <-- I meant *daily* :)Tried some daily "netbsd-XEN3_DOM0" but from the size it looks to me its the same exact file, in any case always the same result! Have you had time to made any tests?I've tested on a system running 6.99.14 and it works (xl + lvm). I don't know what's wrong, could you paste the result of lvm lvdisplay?
That's current, I'm on 6.0 but now that you pointed out lvdisplay I found the problem (thanks to you)
----> LV Status NOT available So I manually run lvm vgchange -a y I was sure I hadlvm=YES on /etc/rc.conf, but I acctually had "LVM" instead! So, xl works on netbsd 6.0 Xen 4.2 compiled from source, as long as your not has dumb has me and forget to set lvm=yes (properly) on rc.conf or manually run "lvm vgchange -a y"
Sorry for taking you're time Roger, and thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
Feel free to virtually slap me! :S
