Ah, I didn't notice that, thanks for pointing that out.

I fixed and rebooted and I do see in dmesg:
pciback0 at pci4 dev 2 function 0: vendor 0x168c product 0x0013 (rev. 0x01)
pciback0: mem: 0xf7fe0000 - 0x00010000
pciback0: interrupting at ioapic0 pin 17, event channel 7


But still no joy in passing it to the domU:
libxl: error: libxl_pci.c:387:libxl_device_pci_assignable_list: Looks
like pciback driver not loaded
Memory fault (core dumped)
