Oh,  the Xen Howto document seems not update yet ?  It said  "3.1 supports PCI pass-through while other versions do not", that's why I use xen 3.1  :(

Ha, passthrough for HVM guests don't work with 3.1, you need
something newer. I can't remmeber if it's in 4.1 or if you need 4.2 ...
