impending wiki tutorial cleanup

Next time I get around to it (but no sooner than Tuesday), I plan to

 - delete https://wiki.netbsd.org/tutorials/how_to_set_up_a_xen_dom0/ as
   not having any information not in the main HOWTO, and being out of
   date with respect to xen version differences.

 - heavy-handedly merge/prune into the main HOWTO from
   https://wiki.netbsd.org/tutorials/how_to_set_up_a_guest_os_using_xen3/

I suspect there are none, but any objections, please speak up with
reasons or a counter-proposal.
