I have run both win7 and pre-releases of win8 with NetBSD 6.1 under Xen
4.1.1 and later (currently 4.2.3) on my AMD PhenomII X2 545.  win7 is
stable, but win8 was not -- might be pre-release issues in win8 though.

On my sun hardware (x2200m2 with dual Opteron 2210), things were not
stable with win7 or XP with same versions of NetBSD and Xen.  I suspect
this is due to the older opterons only having early HVM features, and
tripping some bugs.  (PV VMs have no such stability issues.)
