In xenkernel45 and xenkernel46, I think i386 (Linux and NetBSD) should
both be dropped from ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM, because these packages require
an amd64 dom0.  They fail with:

  gmake[2]: *** No rule to make target 'x86_32/asm-offsets.c', needed by 'asm-offsets.s'.  Stop.

Presumably xentools45 and xentools46 should also have i386 dropped.
