intel microcode update

Hello

On netbsd-8 stable / Xen 4.8.3, it seems that applying the latest intel
microcode update has no effect. ktrace cpuctl ucode shows the ioctl is
done with no error, but cpuctl identify or dmesg do not show the update.

Is there a trick? Does it works despite saying nothing?
