but I think your CPU supports x86_64 (it has EM64T)

You can probably install an old Xen in 32bits PAE mode. But you'll only
be able to run PV guests. 
Your CPU has VMX extentions, so with a 64bit Xen and dom0 you should
be able to run HVM guests too.
