Do you really need the ioemu ata emulation ?

You can just use:
'file:/tank1/archive/NetBSD-9.1-amd64.iso,raw,xvda,ro' to access the cd
?

What does

'xl top' from dom0 say ? Is the state of the domain running or blocked ?
what about 'xl dmesg' ?
