I tried a LOT of different combinations. Among the ones that did not
work were these:
disk = [ 'phy:/dev/mapper/rnotraidvg-tclv0,ioemu:hda,w' ]
disk = [ '/dev/mapper/rssdvg0-boottest,raw,hda,rw' ]
I never tried using the 'sdX' device, always a 'hdX' device. I will
attempt using a 'sdX' device when I have a chance.
