Installer Boot Failure with 10.0_STABLE
I have a hosted VM running a NetBSD 9.3 DOMU that I was hoping to
upgrade to 10.0, but the installer kernel panic'd during boot.

Is Xen 4.14 going to be a problem? NetBSD 9.4_STABLE appears to be
running fine.
