As I understand it this is outside of Xen (AFAIK the dom0 doens't
deal with the iommu, it's all handled by Xen kernel).
Maybe it would be usefull for nvmm ? The description here itns't

No progress in this area. The main showstopper was that drmkms did
bypass the bus_dma abstraction and did its virtual->physical translation
by itself. I think drm2 fixed this but I may be wrong.
dom0 PVH should help with this (we don't have the phy->machine translation
issue any more) but anyway there is still work to do (I had to disable
drmkms for dom0 PVH on my machine, but bare metal is working with
drmkms)
