	Hello Aaron.  I'm using PVH successfully with several VM instances.  However, like you,
I'm not sure how to load the kernel off of the VM storage directly, so I've been using the
kernel option in the config file.  It would be nice if there were a boot loader that could be
loaded as a kernel option in the config file which then loaded the kernel from the media
itself.
