I don't think it makes sense to split these manual pages per function,
it's rather incovenient.  Cf. clock* functions that all share the
manpage.  Please, can you merge them?

PS: Don't copy the .Dv 0 cargo cult.  Zero is not a "Defined Variable"
(i.e. a macro) name :)
