Update some AMD CPUID bits:
- Rename FSREP_MOV to FSRM.
- Add Memory Bandwidth Enforcement (MBE)

- Add Collaborative Processor Performance Control (CPPC).
- Add HOST_MCE_OVERRIDE.
- Add some unknown bits as Bxx.
- Add comments.
- Use __BIT().
