I agree, even though I imported it myself. The reason I imported it into
/usr/bin (like 4.4) is because I want to get the userland merge completed
before moving things about & other tweaks.
I'd also like to move chown/chgrp back to the root filsystem. On several
occasions I've had systems with munged up /dev entries (to the point /usr
was not mountable), and I was unable to run "MAKEDEV all" because chown
was missing.
