Log Message:
- Rewrite this program to use libkvm, not grovel /dev/kmem manually.  Now
  works on crash dumps, as well as live kernels.
- Fix a few 64-bit bugs.
- Add prototypes.
- Fix compiler warnings.
- Fix potential bad pointer arithmetic interaction with sort comparison
  function.
- Build with WARNS.
- Update copyright.
